Im going to take a wild guess and say that you have a job. Well the first thing you need to do is take your next paycheck and pay your rent, because everything else comes next to you having a place to sleep. I would also consider getting a part time job to help you pay off those credit card bills. And it would also be wise to cut up your credit cards, because you dont need them.

$1300 in rent plus $900/mo for a car tells me that you are living way beyond your means. You need to drastically curtail your spending.

First thing: Cut up your cards. Call the credit card companies and talk with them. Sometimes they will let you pay the balance without the interest. Learn to live within your means. It will take some time but you will sleep better.

no you are not bankrupt. Stay current with every one first. Start with the smallest bill owed and pay extra on it till you have that paid in full. Then take what you were sending them and add it to the next smallest
and pay them in full then add what you were sending them. It is a debt snowball and when one bites the dust you will never go back. The good news is you can get an extra job and you will learn a life’s lesson at a young age and probably never repeat the same mistake again
