i owe money scattered across alot of places and i lost track of all of it how do i get out of debt?

Finance is like learning to drive .. do it yourself or get taken for a ride ..
There are many ‘Financial Consultants’, ‘Debt Advisors’ who will be only too happy to take you to the cleaners .. especially if you are so disorganised that you loose track of what you are paying (did you ever hear "A fool and his money are soon parted" ?)
If you are in UK, read link below & then visit your local CAB and, if needed, get referred to a real IVA Practitioner (rather than some cowboy who adversities here and who will rip you off)

Get a hold of your credit report and find out who and how much you owe. Go from there.
